Art is fucking hard!
Okay so I’ve been struggling to figure out this art thing. Like I’ve been looking at online tutorials and watched friends who have drawn like super fast and I’ve never been able to get the hang of it.
And then I met the fantastic wiredoll who has oh-so-patiently tried to help me while learn this while I whine about not being able to draw when I should be working on our RBB fic instead anyway.
So I want to thank her for being super patient and not killing me for getting distracted (I promise I’m still working on getting all my fic ideas into one coherent…thing).
And thus I present you with a still pretty crappy Tony Stark (but this is the best I’ve been able to do so far so yay me).
So we went to Uptown Art today and this is my attempt at recreating an existing painting. When we finally got around to making the people, we had to use red for the woman and blue for the man and got to choose the hair color so I decided this was going to be Steve and girl!Tony walking a dog (yes that is a dog). I regret not actually painting them as Iron Man and Captain America when I saw that one guy in our party didn’t bother painting the couple and just put Jesus right up there in the center.
Guess which one I drew.

Tony gets to be big spoon.
I’m entirely convinced that this is because Tony likes to hold his ‘things’ that he cares about close and have them tangibly in his hands. So no one else can ‘touch his stuff.’
Oh my god you gave me feels about my own drawing
I cannot put in words how insanely excited I am for the Sentient Armor.
tbh, i don’t think he minds much.
BROTHER, I DISCOVERED THIS POPULAR DISPLAY OF AFFECTION USED AT MIDGARDIAN GATHERINGS.
IT IS CALLED A ‘TACKLEPOUNCE’, OR ‘GLOMP’. LET ME SHOW YOU.
Wait - no - Thor, why are you running at me like that - Thor - oh my God Thor stop!
